Wat je gaat doen

Lead the concierge team daily, coordinate tasks, and set priorities.

Maintain building security and organisation through regular patrols, spotting issues early and following them up proactively.

Interact positively with students, staff, parents, and visitors, serving as the first point of contact in a busy school setting.

Assess maintenance needs and work with contractors. Handle practical and technical matters relating to facilities.

Manage administration, including record keeping, tracking tasks, stock control, and using Microsoft Office.

Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures throughout the building.

Wat we zoeken

Experience in a concierge, facilities, or similar role, ideally in a school.

Able to lead the concierge team daily, coordinate tasks, and set priorities.

Reliable and professional, staying calm, organised, and focused during busy days.

Good communication skills; able to interact positively with students, staff, parents, and visitors.

Proactive, regularly checking the building and spotting issues early.

Practical and technical awareness; able to assess maintenance needs and work with contractors.

Organised with administration, including record keeping, tracking tasks, stock control, and using Microsoft Office.

Strong awareness of health and safety procedures. Certifications such as BHV, First Aid, or VCA are a plus.

Flexible to work between 07:00 and 18:00, with occasional evenings and school holiday availability.

Fluent in English (spoken and written). Good command of Dutch and other European languages is a plus.

Wat we bieden

Salary aligned with the Dutch Collective Labour Agreement (CAO VO): minimum €2551 and maximum €3412 for a full-time contract on scale 5, with step placement depending on level of experience.
